These terms apply to stays booked through this website with The Raveesh Apartment, trading as The Raveesh (“we”).
Submitting a booking request through this site is not a confirmed reservation. Our team reviews every request and confirms availability, rate, and dates before a stay is finalized. We reserve the right to decline any request.
Payment is arranged directly with our team once your request is confirmed — contact us for current payment details and options. Rates shown on the site are per-night rack rates and are estimates until confirmed by our team.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. Within 24 hours of check-in: 1 night charged. No-shows may be charged as set out above, at our discretion.
Standard check-in is from 12 PM and check-out by 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested and are subject to availability, and may carry an additional charge.
Guests are expected to follow the house rules provided for each apartment, including quiet hours, smoking policy, and visitor guidelines. Repeated or serious violations may result in the stay being ended without refund.
The Raveesh Apartment is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during a stay, except where caused by our negligence. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or building during their stay.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our booking services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
